Bruce Webb, 85, passed away April 15, 2024 in Auburn, California. He was born to Donald and Lorraine Webb in St. Paul Minnesota. He attended Ramsey High School in Minnesota and after graduation came out to California to work and soon met the love of his life, Judee.
