Memorial service to be held on Friday, February 28, 2020, at 11am at Duck Springs Baptist Church for Stewart Eugene Montgomery, 59, who passed away on February 21, 2020, after a long illness. Brother Royce Head will officiate.
Stewart was born in Knox, Indiana, and raised in Florida. After moving to Alabama, he was employed as a lab tech at Gadsden Regional and East Gadsden Clinic.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Allison; son, Philip (Tara); granddaughter, Eden Grace; Parents, Bob and Sue Vance; sister, Renna (Chas); nephews, Scott, Matthew (Kailey), and Joel. Niece, Samantha (Chris); Brother, Mark (Lois) Sims, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude.
