He is survived by his wife, Rita Wise, four daughters, Stephenie Allen (Gary), Jennifer Edington (Tony), Reda Arnold (Darrell) and Sharon Wise Minyard, his son-in-law, Jonathon Minyard, his grandchildren, Brett Allen, Lexus Picard, Trent Davis, Montana Arnold, Lindsey Warsham (Nick), Autumn Minyard, Kaley Minyard and Lydia Minyard, his great-grandchildren, Dameon Spencer, Aiden Davis and Luna Picard, aunts, Betty Wise and Ruby Hartline.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Gladys Wise and hisbrother, Michael Wise.
