Scott was born in Omaha, NE. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Betsy Thomas and Gordon and Loretta Shaw; step father, Robert Lewis; nephew, Roland Jackson.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Thomas; parents, Carolyn Lewis and Frank and Allison Thomas; brother, John (Carol) Thomas; sisters, Mary (Chase) Dube, Sherry (Robert) Jackson; stepchildren, Tony (Cristie) Ford, Christa Hill, Candy (Chase) Holtzclaw; nieces, Tara (Josh), Brandi, Chelsie (Randall) and Danielle; and several grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity in Scott’s name.
