Roger Edward Lamberth , 76, of Southside, Alabama passed peacefully Saturday December 18, 2021 after many years of courageously battling an incurable illness with his family and loved ones at his bedside. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 12:00-2:00 at Morgan Funeral Chapel, Attalla, Alabama. Following visitation, graveside services will be held at Rainbow Memorial.
Mr. Lamberth was a 1964 graduate of Gadsden High School. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after 34 years of service, and also served in the Army National Guards for 6 years. He enjoyed his life to the fullest, laughing and cutting up with his grandkids, along with the gardening he got so much pleasure out of while living on the river here in Southside, Alabama. Mr. Lamberth was loved by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his devoted wife Janice Vyskocil Lamberth of 56 years, children, Kristi Williams (Brad), Melissa Lamberth (Sherri), Todd Lamberth (Kaci) and grandchildren, Caroline Pope, Chase Lamberth, Glavine Lamberth, Leanna Lamberth, Cooper Lamberth, Caiti Lamberth, JT Williams, Hannah Baker.
