Martha Wallace

Martha Edwards Wallace ,67, of Glencoe entered into eternal glory on March 16, 2021. Services will be at Morgan Funeral Home on Saturday, March 20 at 2pm. The family will receive visitors starting at 1pm.

Martha was born June 19, 1953 to Thomas Parker Edwards and Jean Edwards. She graduated from Etowah High School in 1971.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving and devoted husband, James Wallace of 47 wonderful years. Her legacy lives on with her son, Jeremy (Tonya) Wallace and daughter, Leah (Heath) Morgan. She took such joy in her grandchildren, Gavin, Izzy, and David Wallace, and Jaxen and Jace Morgan. She was beloved by her chosen children, Jeff & Amanda Mathis, and Paul & Kassi Roberts. She was also adored by her chosen grandchildren, EJ Mathis, Kainan, Jude, Gabe and Maddie Roberts.

She was born to be a mother, and was “Momma Martha” (Momma Wallace) to many through her life. She loved Jesus and loved to share His love with everyone she met. She always had a smile on her face. Her kindness was unmatched and her love for family was unconditional.

A special thank you to Encompass Hospice for all the love and care they provided. Stacy, Suzanne, Lori, and Fred, you all were bright lights in such a dark situation, and we are forever grateful.
