Funeral Services for Mark Edward Patton, age 58 of Altoona who passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Samuels Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. The family requests that everyone please wear a mask.
Mark adored his family. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. He served in the United States Marine Corp. He was a hard worker and was very proud of earning seven Bachelor Degrees in various fields. He had an infectious sense of humor.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Patton; daughter, Rebecca Patton; brothers: Michael Patton and Keith Patton; grandparents: Toy and Lorraine Patterson.
Survivors include his children: Robby (Katie) Patton and Jessy (Floyd) Bird; grandchildren: Elena Bird, Eva and Charli Whitmore and Lilith Patton; mother, Edith Patton; brothers: Brian (Tracy) Patton and Glenn Patton and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
