Judge Benson Duncan

A graveside service for Mr. Duncan will be held at Williams-Southside Memorial Park, 1009 Highway 77, Southside, AL. on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Rev. Tim Holland to officiate. Pallbearers are his grandsons, Jimmy S. Easterwood, Paul Holland, Chris Holland, Joshua Abercrombie, Brent Arnold and Scottie Duncan.

Preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann (Knight) Duncan; brother, William Bluford Duncan Jr.; daughter-in-law, Yolanda Duncan; and great-great grandson, Baker Kade Beach.

Mr. Duncan is survived by his daughters, Joanne (Jimmy) Easterwood, Melissa (Thomas) Abercrombie, Connie Arnold, and Ellen (Tim) Holland; son, Scott Duncan, grandchildren, Jimmy Scott Easterwood, Carol Easterwood Gaskin, Paul Holland, Stephanie Arnold Downey, Chris Holland, LeAnne Holland Buff, Joshua Abercrombie, Brent Arnold, Amanda Duncan Caspar, Scottie Duncan, Sonya Holland, David Abercrombie and Nestor Guzman; 27 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Peggy Morgan and Randall Wyatt for the excellent care they provided.
