Joann Bailey, a loving person to all and long-life resident of Attalla, AL passed away July 5, 2021 at the age of 74.
Joann is survived by her children, Melissa (Mickey) Higdon, Shane Bailey, Jennifer Bailey and Jason (Tracy) Bailey; grandchildren, Jaydin, Payton, Abby, Brett, Emma, Jordan and Blake; siblings, Sandra (James), Kenneth, and Woodro.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Onzel and Woodro Bates; grandson, Brandon Higdon and multiple dear siblings.
Funeral Service will be at 2p.m. Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Morgan Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 12p.m. until 2p.m. prior to the service.
