Chris resided in Attalla, Alabama and attended Etowah High School. He worked at Cooper A-1 Appliance. Chris enjoyed working on computers, fishing, hunting, being in the woods and spending time with friends and family. Chris had a kind spirit, never met a stranger, he had the ability to bring laughter to many hearts. He had many loved ones who will never forget the memories they hold in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his father, J.M. Colvin; sons, Jade Campbell and Wade Campbell; and the mother of his children, Margie Renea Campbell.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Colvin; son, Ross Owen Colvin; granddaughter, Victoria Colvin; sisters, Cindy (Eric) McElroy, Jill (Judson) Womack and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him.
