Freddie Crowder

Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:00p.m. Burial will be at Rainbow Memorial Gardens following the service. Pastor David Bankson and Reverend Chris Gaskin will officiate. He passed away on November 17th from pancreatic cancer. He was a 1970 graduate of Glencoe High School and retired from Goodyear Tire Rubber Co. after 35 and a half years of service.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Homer and Florence Crowder; brother, Donny Crowder and sister, Grace Kidd

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 48 years, Imogene Crowder; daughter, Regina Luker (John); grandsons: Clint Foster (Sarah), Kyle Oliver, Garrett and Cameron Faulkner; sister, Linda Phillips; sister in law, Donna Boozer (Terry).

The family requests no flowers. Thank you to U.A.B Hospital and all their staff and Kirklin Clinic Oncology for the past eleven months for their excellent care, Dr. Jeremy Goodwin and Encompass Hospice. Thank you to our church family at Cove Creek Baptist Church in Glencoe for all your prayers and support.

Pallbearers will be Clint Foster, Kyle Oliver, Garrett and Cameron Faulkner, Kevin Crowder, Harold and Danny Easterwood and Glen Gables.

Honorary pallbearers will be his deer hunting buddies that he spent many years hunting with at the Hunting Club in South Alabama.
