Funeral Service will be at 1pm Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Morgan Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11am until 1pm. Burial at Rainbow Memorial Gardens.
Brian is survived by his wife, Sherri Abney; daughters, Kristin Abney (Ashton), Kayla Abney and Kama Martin (Drew); son, Cody Dewell (Crystal); grandchildren, Cason Cromer, McKinley Cromer, Aubrey Abney, Rylan Douthit, Harper Cromer, Mila Douthit, Luca Douthit, Emerie Blakely, Mason Lankford, Jayleigh Lankford, Jayden Lankford, Jaylen Dewell; mother, Sharon Hendrix; father, Kenneth Abney; sister, Rebecca Hendrix; brother, Jason Abney; nieces, Madison Hendrix and Amarie Harris; nephew, Ray Harris and a host of cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa and grandma, JR and Dorothy Abney and Joe and Pug Berry; grandson, Zander Young.
Brian loved life and his family. He enjoyed camping, cookouts, the beach, Auburn Football, and his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved watching the grandkids play sports. He would do anything for his friends and family.
