Betty Joyce Wilson, age 81, of Attalla, Alabama passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024.

Funeral Service will be at 1pm Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Morgan Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11am until 1pm. Burial will follow at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Bro. John Copeland to officiate.

She retired from Cromptons in Leesburg and spent the rest of her years being a loving wife, mother, and mawmaw.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary E. Wilson; parents, JD and Dolly Martin; brother, Junior Martin; and sister, Margaret Homes.

She is survived by her daughter, Misty (Marvin Barkley) Wilson; brother, James D. (Sharon) Martin; sister, Shirley Norman; granddaughters, Emily Thompson and Alexis Barkley; grandson, Gage Barkley; several nieces and nephews; special daughter and son in law, Justin and Crystal Wain; and special friend, Elaine Pruitt.

Pallbearers will be Delane Baugh, DJ Clanton, David McDaniel, Tanner Haygood, Josh Eason, and Hagen Dodd. Honorary pallbearers will be Deviants MC.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at NICU at UAB.
