Barbara was a feisty, strong willed Redhead. She was kind, loving, and faithful, but always spoke her mind, which we loved her for. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved going to church, tending to her flowers and plants, crafts, yard sales and spending time with family and friends. She especially loved her Saturday morning yard sale date with her only granddaughter, Carlen.
Barbara and Ron were faithful long time members of East Walnut Baptist Church, where they raised their children. Later, Barbara was a faithful member of North Gadsden Baptist Church. Barbara and Ron ministered through the Golden Ages Group for many years. Ron drove the van and Barbara planned and organized their monthly lunch fellowship. Barbara also started a Women’s Ministry at North Gadsden Baptist. The ladies had their Christmas Party at Regency Pointe to celebrate with Barbara in December 2022.
