He also received a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting, M.P.A., from Georgia State University in 1977.
Bob was a fan of college and professional sports, and loved animals, antiques--especially radios and jukeboxes-- WWII history and all things associated with Virginia Tech. He supported VT for many years, funding scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students in Mathematics and Statistics in the College of Science. He also proudly supported position scholarships in the VT Athletic Association.
