Othella “Sissie” McDaniel of Brookhaven went to be with her Lord and Savior February 16, 2018, at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her husband Elbert J. McDaniel, survived by her brother-in-law Danny McDaniel and wife Barbara of Winder, GA, nephew James Tollison and wife Sandra of Daniel Island, SC, niece Elaine Kelley of Buford, GA, niece Annette Davenport and husband Jimmy of Sugar Hill, GA, nephew Jerry Tollison and wife Becky of Grayson, GA, niece Cindy Scaramellino and husband Frank of Duluth, GA and nephew Tim Sykes of Marco Island, FL; 12 great nieces and nephews, 18 great-great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great-great niece. A loving Mother to us all, she will be greatly missed by many she touched throughout her life. The family will receive guests Monday, February 19, 4:00-6:00 p.m. at H M Patterson Oglethorpe Chapel, Brookhaven, GA. A service will be held in her honor Tuesday, February 20, 10:00 a.m. at Brookhaven United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.
