Matthew J. Phelan, 83, of Atlanta died April 1, 2011. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth W. Phelan, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Phelan Locklear and James; son and daughter-in-law, Mark James Phelan and Elizabeth; grandchildren Jeremy (Meagan), Tim (Ashley), Daniel and Olivia Phelan; Jameson (Bethany), Justin and Jed Locklear; great-grandchild Autumn Phelan.
