Mary was the epitome of role models; raising her three girls with dignity and grace after her husband’s death. She continued these values with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as countless others whose paths she crossed.
In addition to her steadfast Christian values, she exuded kindness, patience and love to all. Mary was a long standing member of The Oglethorpe Chapter of Eastern Star for over 60 years. She also enjoyed all family gatherings, exercise; her artistic abilities were expressed through paintings and sculpturing. Physically, much energy spent weekly with water aerobics. Also, an avid Gardner, she had the “Master’s Touch” with African Violets. Passport was always in her purse and sand in her shoes, ready to travel. Her presence will be missed by all, but never forgotten.
Mary is survived by three daughters, Brenda Garcia (Pete), Beverly Lazar (Ron), and Marsha Seiloff (Jay); all from Atlanta.
Mary has numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great friends.
