Hazel Deal Joyner

Hazel Deal Joyner, born February 7, 1927 died April 5, 2023 was preceded in death by her daughter Marsha Lynn Joyner and husband Philip Holmes Joyner. She will be mourned greatly by her son, Philip Joyner and daughter-in-law Peggy Joyner along with grandchildren Brian Joyner and his family, Amanda, Casen and Ashlyn and Brad Joyner and his family, Kristal, Brayden, and Kaylin. Also missing her will be her sister Ruth Clement and niece Margaret Ward who she talked with daily. We all loved her tremendously. In lieu of flowers, donations to Macular Degeneration Foundation (eyesight.org) or charity of your choice.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 8 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at H.M. Patterson & Son - Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road NE Brookhaven, Georgia 30319. Hazel will be laid to rest in a private family graveside service at Westview Cemetery.
