We still vividly recall the most elegant Christmas parties hosted in Carolyn's and Dale's home across the street from us--nothing like it in our experiences!

Caroline was a lovely friend and loved by all who knew her.
Jim and I remember fondly our trip to Lexington to the horse races.
Parties at Caroline’s and Dale’s home were always warm, welcoming , and beautiful. I always enjoyed being with Caroline at all our Piedmont Wiman’s Auxiliary functions too. But the  nicest thing was their friendship . Two wonderful people.
Jim enjoyed hunting quail   with Dale too!
