I am so sorry to hear of Al's passing. He  was a great guy. We met him in 1973 when he was going through instructor pilot training. I know so many funny and endearing stories, I  think I could write a book.

A.L.T, Such a pleasure having you in my life & watching how much joy and happiness you brought my AMIL (almost mother in law). Thanks for loving our family, including our dog, so much. We love you back the same and will miss you more than words can express. Thanks too for teaching me how to gamble, pick good wine, play some ferocious board games, and most importantly how to enjoy every second of the wonderful life God has given me. Fly high Sir Al. A great man, a wonderful friend!  You will be remembered by many and never forgotten!

Many happy memories.. When AirTran closed the base in Orlando , I moved to McDonough and so did Al. Of course his house could fit 4 of mine. I remember driving around looking for neat Christmas decorations..  Always a joy to be with. So sad I got rerouted and was not able to make his service. I know he will be greatly missed by many and I am on that list. See you on the other side..

A true gentelman. Al was among the best of the best. Always a smile, a laugh, and a hug.  He will truly be missed.  Fly high and keep an eye on each and everyone of us.

Owl, now that you have "crost the bar" I hope you have met your Pilot face to face.  I am so glad that your suffering is over.  The Blue-Smiths send love and light to your family and my mother as they grieve for your absence.  The world was a better (and much more entertaining!) place with you in it.

My life is so much richer because 15+ years ago I stepped on an airplane an Captain Al Teasley introduced himself.  He was instantly one of my favorites.  So thankful that I not only called him a colleague, but, most importantly, my friend.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.  RIP Al

He always had a smile and always made you laugh.  He had a way of making his crews feel like he always had their backs. So many people will miss him.

He has taken his light and gone to a place we cannot find, But I can tell you where he's been by the light he left behind...a true gentlemen he was. My heartfelt sympathy's to family and friends.

Working with Al was such a pleasure, and I enjoyed his well-told stories and perspective. He was not only a true gentleman, but also very thoughtful, funny and friendly to everyone. I will miss his smile and company.

Al was such a delight to fly with.  He inspired us all to do our best.  I do remember how much he loved his rock n roll music.  Heaven has received another Angel.  This one comes with wings attached.  We will all miss you.

Al was one of my favorite captains and it was truly an honor to fly with him. He always wore the biggest smile. We will all miss him dearly. Continued prayers to his family.
