Susan was born in Cornelia to Bruce and Eugenia Ivey Brown. Susan was a graduate of Habersham Central and went on to the University of Georgia where she earned the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture/Horticulture and Master of Education in Educational Psychology. She was a proud teacher in the public school system, teaching at the High School level throughout her professional life. Retirement was truncated by Glioblastoma.
Susan is survived by her husband of 46 years, Roger.
