Born in Springfield, IL, Shari was the daughter of the late Ira Smithe and Nettie Goodin Smithe. She worked as a registered sales assistant with Merrill Lynch.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Sinclair of Hull; brother, Marshall G. Smithe (Sue) of Columbia, KY; sister, Ruby Sue Sinclair of Las Cruces, NM.
A private graveside service will be held with Rev. John Verschuren officiating.
