Michael Dennis Starnes

A native of Athens, GA, Mr. Starnes was the son of Dennis Starnes of Athens and Linda Anderson of Bishop and was a graduate of Oconee County High School.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include stepmother, Sandra Starnes of Athens; daughter, Nikki Starnes of Savannah, GA; brothers, Brian Starnes of Athens and Tommy Jenkins of Bishop; sisters, Denise Knight and husband, Bobby of Hull and Morgan Starnes of Woodruff, SC, and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 4PM Saturday, March 23rd at New Haven Baptist Church with Rev Steve Hurte and Rev John Davis officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
