Dear Davis Family,
Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss!  We knew Jerry as the guy who was passionate about the pool in his residential HOA and made all efforts to bring it to the financial success it is now. Jerry was meticulous, detail oriented and very well organized and he will be sorely missed by us and the HOA.  Jerry left big shoes to fill and it is something we can aspire to.

Jerry and I worked side by side at Stegman Coliseum for 15 years. We shared a lot of great stories and memories. He was my friend and I will miss him dearly.  My thoughts and prayers are with Joann and the family.

Jerry was like my brother.  We have worked together for more than 20 years.  I will always look for him to be there.   He had a wit about him like no other. We shared stories about our grandchildren which we both love so much.  I am heart broken.  Joann and family you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love to each of you. Love to you Jerry. I’m so heartbroken to hear of Jerry’s passing. I got to know him through working UGA Athletics and Stadium People. He was a wonderful man, co-worker, and friend. I will truly miss his wit and laughter. 

So sorry to hear of Jerry’s passing. I got to know him when his grandson Ben played baseball for me. To say at the beginning that I was not Jerry’s favorite person would be understating it, fortunately as time went by Jerry knew what I was trying to do with all the boys. I’m a grandad and great grandfather do I know the feeling, what I can tell you is, Jerry was from my perspective what every grandfather would love be. I’m pretty sure if you look up grandfathers on the internet, there is sure to be a picture of Jerry Davis.

What can we say about Jerry?  He’s been such a good friend to us!  He always supported Georgia athletics.  We will miss him so much.

Jerry was such a vital part of the Classic City Lions Club! Jerry was a always there to help with every project and fundraiser that we did. He loved people and  would  greet everyone with a handshake or hug and a big smile! Jerry will be missed by his friends of the Lions Club. Rest In Peace my friend!

From our days doing projects with the Lions Club to the always anticipated trips to Jacksonville for the annual Ga/Fla game, Jerry gave his whole heart into what he did and always did it with class. I always thought if we went anywhere, together we were the class clown. He was the class and I was the clown. I’ll miss making him laugh. Heaven is getting a good one. I’ll miss you Jerry.
