Jacqueline Parsons

A native of Clarke County, GA, Mrs. Parsons was the daughter of the late Ezra Lee Fulcher and Flora Spratlin Fulcher and was preceded in death by sisters, Mildred Fulcher and Hilda Saye and brother, James William “Red” Fulcher. Mrs. Parsons and her husband, “Ed” owned and operated Parsons Restaurant on Macon Hwy for over 30 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and sister and was a member of First Christian Church of Watkinsville.

Survivors include her husband, Bennie Edward “Ed” Parsons of Watkinsville; son, Bennie “Eddie” Parsons Jr of Atlanta and sisters, Carolyn Fulcher and Gwen Lee both of Watkinsville.

A graveside service will be held 10AM Thursday, May 1st at Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev. Doug Ivey and Rev. Shelia Hunter officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Wednesday, April 30th at Bernstein Funeral Home.
