A native of Oconee County, GA, Mr. Giles was the son of the late Benjamin E Giles and Mary Giles Smith and was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Irby Giles. He retired from Rice and Giles CPA Firm.
Survivors include sister-in-laws, Carol Roach of Hull, GA and Beverly Ford of Crawford, GA; sister, Annette Giles Camp of Baton Rouge, LA; brothers, Bob Giles of Baton Rouge, Marvin Giles and Lamar Giles both of Danielsville, GA; nephews, Doug Giles, Wade Giles, Kris Giles all of Athens, GA and Ken Womack of Atlanta, GA, and nieces, Donna Smith of Houston, TX and Dawn Lundin of Baton Rouge, LA.
Graveside services will be held 3PM Saturday, March 27th at Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev Luther Fouche officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Friday, March 26th at Bernstein.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Colbert Animal Rescue, 41 County Rd 229, Colbert, GA 30628.
