Georgia Margaret Keys Howard

A native of Byron, Margaret was a daughter of the late Willie Keys and Maggie Aultman Keys. She was an avid Christian who loved the Lord, her family and friends and was a longtime member of Mikado Baptist Church. Margaret retired from Warner Robins Air Force Base.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis K. Howard.

Survivors include son, Ronnie K. Howard (Debbie) of Athens; sister, Betty Davis of Milledgeville; brother, Thomas Keys (Lavonia) of North Carolina; granddaughters, Brandi Howard of Philadelphia and Jenna Adams (Sam) of Hartwell; and great-grandson, Keys Shepard Shah of Philadelphia.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 19 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m., prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or a church of choice.
