He was born in Jacksonville, FL on 1-19-1947. After graduating from The Ohio State University, he was a dentist in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for 35 years and lived in Shelby, Ohio, Daytona Beach, Ft. Pierce, FL, Maggie Valley, NC and most recently on Lake Oconee in Georgia.
He lived life to the fullest, enjoying fishing, running, boating, travel, camping, cooking and baking bread. He was full of life and fun and dearly loved his wife of 46 years, Marcia Jeffers and daughters, Dr. Sarah Jeffers, Emily Fishman, and his son Mark Jeffers, all of Atlanta, Georgia. Along with 2 sons-in-law, 2 brothers and one sister, he also leaves behind 3 grandsons ages 2,1, and 8 months, who were his pride and joy as well.
