Funeral service will be Friday, October 12, 2018 at 1 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Mike Clark officiating. The visitation will be Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Dustin Cain, Chris Smith, Joshua Smith, Derek Smith, Brandon George and AJ Meckling.
Mr. Smith was born October 28, 1989 in Madison County to Shelby Wayne Smith and Sherry Pollitz Smith.
Survivors include his parents, two daughters, Crimson Denise Smith, Arya Grace Smith, two brothers, Joshua Smith and wife Kasaundra, Derek Smith, two sisters, Kassie Smith and husband AJ, Kayla Cain and husband Dustin.
