James Cletus Smith

The Funeral Service for James Cletus Smith, 78, of Ardmore, TN, will be Tuesday March 31, 2015 at 2 P.M. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Lynn Marshall officiating. Visitation will be Monday March 30, 2015 at McConnell from 6-9 P.M. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery. Mr. Smith passed away Saturday March 28, 2015 at his residence. He was born July 3, 1936 to Buford Smith and Thelma Brown.

He was preceded in death by his wife Catherine Smith, and one daughter Mary Smith.

He is survived by four daughters Marilyn Payne and husband Larry, Cathy Glover and husband Carlton, Samantha Mitchell and husband Jerry, Teresa Ortiz, three sons Terry Smith, Shelby Smith and wife Sherry, Ricky Smith, one sister Mae Carter, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
