Jack graduated from Ardmore High School in 2012. He was employed by R and J Cabinets in Ardmore, AL.
He is survived by his parents, brother, Will Blair, grandmothers, Wanda Blair and Martha Morgan, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Wade Blair and Robert Morgan.
The visitation will be held Monday, Aug. 3, 2015 at Athens First united Methodist Church Beasley Center at 12 noon. Funeral will be at 3 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Interment will be at Hatchett Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Camp Sumatanga, 3616 Sumtanga Road, Gallant, AL 35972, Ardmore High School, or your favorite charity.
Cousins will serve as pallbearers.
