Survivors include one daughter Susan Gulyas and husband Richard, two sons, Jeff Richardson and wife Vickie, Tom Richardson and wife Carol Ann, six grandchildren, Ellen, Rachel, Leah, Lauren, Aisha, and John.
She was preceded in death by her first family: Husband, Paul Ray Troutt, and sons, Doug and David. She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Bill Richarson.
A memorial service will be held December 7, 2019 at 11 a.m. at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be December 9, 2019 at 11:30 at Greenwood Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN.
