Mr. Siniard was born on March 27, 1940 to Ossie Lee Siniard and Dessie Lois Smith.
He was a Process Operator in the manufacturing industry.
Mr. Siniard is preceded in death by his parents Ossie and Dessie Siniard, brother Austin Lee Siniard, sister Magalene Madry, and son Donald Lewis Siniard.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Siniard, two sons Tim Siniard (Judy) and Dale Siniard, daughter Rebecca Smith (Jimmy), brother Sam Siniard (Mary), seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tim Siniard, Jeremy Siniard, Thomas Kyle, Walker Kyle, Jamie Blakely, and Daniel Siniard.
There will be a graveside service on Wednesday February 19, 2020 at Todd Cemetery at 11:30am with Bro. Ben Donahue officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday February 19, 2020 at McConnell Funeral Home from 10:00am until 11:00am.
The family is accepting flowers, however, you may make donations to Hospice of the Valley as well.
