Funeral Services will be Sunday April 25, 2021 from 2:30 P.M., at McConnell Memorial Chapel will Scotty Travis officiating.

Visitation will be Sunday April 25, 2021 from 1:30-2:30 P.M., at McConnell Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Blankenship was born July 24, 1938 in Savannah, GA; to Joseph Parker and Vidella Mixon Parker.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband James T. Blankenship and seven siblings.

Mrs. Blankenship is survived by two daughters Jan Anyan (Larry) of Athens, AL; Deborah Blackwell (Keith) of Ardmore, AL; one sister Sadie Shearin of Savannah, GA; two grandchildren Aaron Blackwell (Haley, and Ryan Blackwell, two great grandchildren Blair Blackwell, and Mark Blackwell.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Blackwell, Ryan Blackwell, Andy Davis, Keith Blackwell.
