Bobby Bob Ray White

Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2014: 6-8 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Mr. White passed away Friday February 14, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital.

He was born October 25, 1934 in Athens, Alabama to John Burton White and Mae Belle White. He was in the army for 3 years, doing a tour in Germany. He went to work at Chemstrand, and then started his own business White Oil Co. Mr. White then changed professions and founded PCL Cable Co., where he retired.

Mr. White is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers Burton White, Edward White, Ashford White, and one sister Doris Kirby.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Hazel White of Athens, AL; one son Michael R. White and wife Myra of Athens, AL; one daughter Lynne W. Campbell of Louisa, VA; three brothers Alvin White,Virgil White, and John R. White; one sister Lola Belle Morris; three grandchildren Randy A. Naves, Lindsay M. White, and Courtney R. Hendrix.

Pallbearers will be John White, Kevin White, Ronnie White, Charles Schrimsher, Tim Eaton, and Howard Craig.
