Mary Lou Kelley Mary Lou Kelley, 87, passed away April, 5, 2018, at her home in Pozo. In 1930 in La Grande, Oregon, Mary Louise was born to parents Frank and Gladys Rominger. Construction work brought the Romingers to Glendale, California and then to Pozo, CA. Mary Lou attended school in Pozo and then Atascadero High School. She was a Pioneer Day Belle and a Fiesta Princess. After graduation, Mary Lou attended J.C. studying art. She enjoyed painting, sewing, designing house plans, and all crafts throughout her life. Bravely in midlife Mary Lou went to cosmetology school and started her own business, Jet Set Beauty Salon in Atascadero. Albert and Mary Lou retired to Pozo where they enjoyed living in the beautiful countryside and among old friends. Mary Lou is survived by husband, Albert Kelley; brother, Ron (Eleanor) Rominger; daughters: Joyce (Duane) Lindsey and Julie (Mark) Perry; son, Albert (Shelley) Kelley; grand- children: Ashley, Nolan, Amy, Evan, and Erica; great- grandchildren: Kylie, Kelsie, Aiden and Olivia. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, April 13, 2018, at Santa Margarita Cemetery, with a gathering to follow at Santa Margarita Senior Center, 2210 H St.
