I served with Ryan in the Old Guard.  He was a good friend.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

There are no words to ease the loss of your son, brother, uncle and friend. We have watched Ryan grow up and become a remarkable young man. He was so hopeful that he could beat this horrible disease, being more concerned about others than himself. He appreciated every little kindness offered him and always had a smile for everyone. Heaven is a better place because he has arrived early! We will all miss him but his memory lives on in our hearts. Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss, Dale, Sheila, Russel , Faridah and families.

Its with great sadness and sense of loss that we learn of the premature passing of your Ryan. I've known him for almost 30 of his 35 years and he has since grown up to be a credit to his family. Serving his country and accomplishing much, particularly as a golfer and hockey player. I am very sad to hear this news. Ryan became a good friend and looked after me when I was a long way from home in Regina. He was such a funny, intelligent and interesting person. My thoughts are with his family.
