Toler, William Randolph, 45, of Chester, formerly of Ashland, passed away on July 20, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Murray Toler and his sister, Kathy. He is survived by his mother, Virginia Toler; sister, Linda of Oregon; brothers, Murray V. (Sandra) and Robert (Cindy); his sister, Janet of Florida; nephews, John and Paul; niece, Sarah; his Harley Davidson family in Chester; and many friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2014. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church cemetery in Beaverdam, VA. Casual dress.
