He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Josefita Nepomuceno.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Susan Nepomuceno; children, Jacob Ryan, Joseph Vance, Laura Caroline (Casey) Weiser; grandson, Dante Gamaliel Weiser; and siblings, Gaye Carey (Peter), Ron Nepomuceno, Paul Nepomuceno, Kathleen Dumapit (Gerry), Ray Nepomuceno (Sharon), Sid Nepomuceno, Kevin Nepomuceno (Rowena).
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 1400 Horsepen Rd., Richmond, Va.
Memorial donations may be made to Boy Scouts of America, Heart of Virginia Council, Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Fly Fishers of Virginia, or American Cancer Society.
