He was preceded in death by his parents, John Lawrence Sullivan Sr. and Bessie Chamberlin; twin daughters, Kayla and Kathy Sullivan; brother, Larry Sullivan. He was also preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Charlotte and Melvin Burgher, and brother-in-law, Lawrence George Burgher.
He was known for his passion for crafting birdhouses, a skill he shared with many through his sales. John found joy in outdoor activities like four-wheeling and camping, relishing any opportunity for adventure. Cooking was a cherished pastime for him, where he showcased his culinary talents. Additionally, he shared special moments playing video games with his daughter and sons, creating lasting memories together. John's legacy lives on through the love he shared with his family and the community he touched with his craftsmanship and warm spirit.
John is survived by his wife, Carol Jean Sullivan; children, Tracy Lynn Sullivan (Robert), Christopher Allen Sullivan (Gaye), John Lawrence Sullivan III, Timothy Michael Sullivan (Lisa Ann Seelman), and Shaun Patrick Sullivan; 24 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Gladys Hughes; and brother, Theodore Murphy.
To honor John’s wishes, a memorial service is not being scheduled at this time.
