Ethel Mae Luck Stanley, 78, of Montpelier, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband John C. Stanley, Jr. She is survived by her sons and daughters in law; Dennis A. Stanley and wife June; David W. Stanley and wife Bonny, one granddaughter; Jessi L. Stanley, and her brother Fred Luck. She attended Chapel Church of Christ in Montpelier, VA. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home-Reid Chapel , 412 S Washington Highway, Ashland, where services will be held Wednesday, October 29, at 11:00. Interment will follow at Dunn’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Montpelier.
