She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Ruth Abrams.
Dianne's passion for capturing moments through the lens led to a fulfilling career as both a photographer and a skilled web designer with Holdstill Productions. A devoted member of Slash Christian Church, she served as its esteemed historian, sharing her knowledge and love for the congregation's rich history. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Dianne held an Associate Degree in Accounting from Dunsmore Business College, demonstrating her commitment to excellence across various fields.
A true master gardener, Dianne nurtured nature's beauty around her home, finding joy in cultivating vibrant flowers and lush greens. Photography remained close to her heart throughout her life, while her fascination with the local histories of Central Virginia further enriched her understanding of the world around her.
Left behind to honor Dianne's memory are her loving husband of 52 years, Thomas C. Jones, and their son, Michael.
A visitation for Dianne will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 12 pm to 1 pm at Slash Christian Church, 11353 Mt. Hermon Rd., Ashland, VA 23005. Where a funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Burial will follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park, 12360 Hanover Courthouse Road, Hanover, VA 23069.
