Vernon D. Smith, Sr. of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the age of 59. Beloved husband of Connie S. Smith (nee Bess). Loving father of Amy (Josh) Yeager and Vernon (Stacy) Smith, Jr. Dear brother of Pauline (Ed) Keith, Sadie (John) Madry, Mary (Hughie) McMullin, Rosetta (Pat) Helm, Shirley (Bennie) Rose and the late Homer Smith, Margie Hughes, Alma Pyatt and Harold Smith. Dearest grandfather of Grifin Michael Dale Yeager, Loghan Samuel Gene Yeager, Katy Sue Smith and Ashley Marie Smith. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and dear friend to many.

Funeral service to be held at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery, Barnhart, Missouri.
