Mr. Lester M. Niemeyer

Lester M. Niemeyer of Arnold, MO passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the age of 85. Beloved husband for 57 years of Bernice J. Niemeyer (nee Dornseif). Loving father of Elden (Taryn) Niemeyer, Ellerd (Cindy) Niemeyer and Elaine (Dale) Brouk. Dearest grandfather of Brandy (Pat) Sheehan, Chelsey, Cameron and Daniel Niemeyer, Taylor and Shannon Brouk. Dear brother of the late Fred C. Niemeyer, Jr., Marcella Walter and Laverne Dierks. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and dear friend to many.

Lester was a lifetime farmer in Arnold, Missouri and Columbia, Illinois.

Visitation to be held at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO on Friday, June 1, 2012 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. then moved to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 3517 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO where he will be in state on Saturday, June 2 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery.
