LeRoy E. Kemp

LeRoy Earl Kemp formerly of Arnold, MO. passed away on Wednesday April 15, 2020. He was born on October 7, 1935 in St. Louis, MO to the late Earl J. and Helen (nee Koelble) Kemp; Beloved husband of the late Virginia "Jenny Jamison" Kemp; loving father of Donna Bridges-Medina of Ankey, Iowa, Charlotte Miller (Jameson) of DeSoto, MO, Beverly Kemp and the late Dennis Bridges, Chester Bridges, Cheryl Kemp and Terrie Collins (Jameson) and the late Ian Bridges (Grandson) and the late Jessica Collins (Granddaughter); He was a loving and devoted grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather to many and also a friend to many.

LeRoy was the owner with Gene Kneff of K & K Auto Repair in Arnold, MO. His passion for being a mechanic, playing Country Music and playing his Steel Guitar could not be surpassed. He could make his Steel Guitar sing and talk to you. He met his wife entertaining the troops in Thule, Greenland and together raised 7 children. He enjoyed nothing more than spending his time with his family and many friends boating and fishing.
