Katie V. ''Kay" Morlan, age 79, of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023 at her home with her dog Sissy beside her. Kay was born in Poinsettia, Arkansas on December 3, 1943 to the late I.V. and Ruby (nee Clay) Manley; Loving Mother of Patricia Ann (Michael) Blaylock of Collinsville, IL., Diana Kay Ellis of Arnold, MO. and the late Jeffrey Lyle Ellis of St. Louis, MO.; Loving Grandmother of Jamie Kay Dwight) Murray of Hillsboro, IL, Nicki (John) Murray of Irving, IL. Elizabeth Barttelbort of French Village, MO and Jacob (Samantha) Blaylock of O'Fallon, IL.; Great Grandmother of Colt Murray (Marissa Harrell) of Hillsboro, IL., Shea Murray of Hillsboro, IL. and Chance Murray of MacDill, AFB Tampa Bay, FL., Ethan, Keegan and Logan Murray of Irving, IL., Mikayla Saller of French Village, MO., Coby, Cohen, Isabella and Bristol Blaylock of O'Fallon, IL., Great Great Grandmother of Rori Murray and Oaklynn Murray; Dear Sister of Peggy Sloan, Sonny (Evelyn) Cook, Gene Cook and the late Bud (Diane) Cook; Dear Aunt, Cousin and friend to many.

Kay was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies- Auxiliary, Arnold, MO.

A visitation for Kay will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. Memorial donations in Kay's Honor may be made to the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.
