Justin Max McGinley, age 35 of Imperial, MO passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. He was born on April 26,1989 in Fort Carson, CO; loving son of Denise (Bill) Midyett and Mac (Brandy) McGinley; loving father of Ella McGinley and her brother Liam Hamilton; dear brother of Matthew Davis, Drew Davis, Victoria (Jimmy) Kliburn, Kyle Midyett and the late Brian Midyett; dear grandson of Dennis Scherr, Judy Smith, Jim McGinley and Donna Booth; great grandson of Norma Cregar; he is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and was a friend to many.

Justin was a 6 year Marine Military Police Veteran. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed fishing.

A visitation for Justin will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. Funeral Service will be celebrated Thursday, November 14, 2024,12:30 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, MO. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Fischer House VA, Jefferson Barracks, MO
