Douglas K. Over

Douglas K. Over, age 79, of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. He was born in Chicago, IL on September 18, 1945 to the late Virgil N. and Sara J. (nee Bennett) Over; beloved husband of Ida Over; loving father of Michelle (Roy) Manning, Steve (Carolyn) Baker and Rosie (Reza) Jadidian; loving grandfather of Damian (Susie) Webb, Kristen Baker, Nicole (Tyler) Thorpe, Tiffany, Nicholas and Emily Jadidian and the late Brittany Webb; great grandfather of Riley, Emberley and Shanley Webb, Parker and Lainie Thorpe; dear brother of Irma Over; dear friend to many.

Doug was an Elder at the Radiant Life Church. He was a member of the NRA, Arnold Rifle Club and the Arnold VFW. Doug received recognition from the Quilts of Valor, St. Louis VA Health Care System, Legacy Hospice, Serenity Hospice Care and the Department of the United States Army for his unwavering commitment, sacrifice, courage and dedicated service to the United States of America.

A visitation for Douglas will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. Funeral service will be celebrated Thursday, April 17, 2025, 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125.
