Dale Eugene Bailey

Dale enjoyed working on cars and designing tools in his machine shop. He was an avid camper, deer hunter and fisherman in his younger days. Dale was born March 4, 1947, in Sullivan, Mo. He is survived by his mother Cecile Bailey of Sullivan, a brother Don L. Bailey of Sullivan, son Jason S. (Judith) Bailey of Imperial and a grandson William A. Bailey. Dale was preceded in death by his father Everett W. Bailey, son John W. Bailey, grandfather John W. Bailey and grandmother Carrie Northcutt.

Dale is also survived by nephew Steve (Amie) Albers of Imperial, niece Vicki (Roy) Short III of House Springs, Niece Marissa (Kent) Jones of Leasburg; great-nieces and nephews Noah, Brynn, Emma, Nolan, Mayce and Anna; and his best friend Joe (Stephanie) Merklen and their children Jonathon and Abigail.

An informal time of memory sharing will be held at 9 am, Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. 63010. Family and friends will meet at 12:00 noon for a graveside service at Old Cave Spring Cemetery, Sullivan, Mo. Visitation is at the funeral home from 4-8 pm, Friday, January 19.
